Is there a free tier?
Yes. The free plan gives you 1 session per month with up to 20 players, no credit card required. It is enough for one weekly meeting if you only run a single icebreaker round.
How does the Host Plan compare to Kahoot, AhaSlides, or Slido?
ImprovApp is a flat $9/month for the host with up to 50 players. Kahoot Business starts at $19/user/month, Slides With Friends at $35/month, and QuizBreaker at $39/month. AhaSlides Essential is $7.95/month but caps at 50 attendees and is presentation-first rather than game-first.
Do I need to pay per player?
No. Players never pay and never sign up. Only the host pays, and only if they need more than the free tier.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The Host Plan is month-to-month with no contract. Cancel from your account settings and you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer team or enterprise pricing?
The flat $9/month Host Plan is cheap enough that individual team leads can expense it. For larger orgs that want centralized billing, contact us for an enterprise quote.
